Job Description: under direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LPN/LVN will provide and assist in collaborative patient care, administer medications (oral, IM, Subq, IV infusion) and provide emotional support to patients and their family members.

LPN/LVN application:

Private Duty Positions ONLY
LPN Application for facilities: Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Psych, LTAC, Rehab

ACLS / BLS:

RNs and LPNs required to have BLS/CPR up to date.

All LPN/LVNs must be IV certified and provide proof of certification.
